New York Jets Flight Connections 6/10/20

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Jets’ QB Sam Darnold has reportedly reached out to a multitude of Jets’ players to work out with him in Florida before the doors open for Training Camp. Though this should be standard practice in my opinion, it’s still good to see from the young QB. As I’ve reiterated countless times on FC, it’s important for this group to get as much time as possible together to build a rapport. Hopefully these workouts are able to bring chemistry to the group to help create some sort of success this year. And speaking of Darnold, if you expected that he was going into this year working on his footwork, don’t get your hopes up. Video has surfaced of Sam making an unnecessary off-balanced throw that while accurate, hung with little velocity. While it may seem nit-picky to harp on a video like this, it just shows he isn’t working on one of his major flaws; and one that’s pretty easily correctable. Maybe he won’t need to and this year he looks like Patrick Mahomes. So with that hope, here are your links to the team to start your morning off.
