New York Jets Flight Connections 5/28/20

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. After a couple days of speculation regarding Jamal Adams and his future with the team, things have gone radio silent once again as expected. To be frank, if a deal wasn’t done prior to this most recent draft the chances of one happening at all are slim to me. Marcus Maye seems to be the Jets’ Safety on the outside looking in, but even then there’s a chance that the Jets plan on using 3 Safeties or having Ashtyn Davis familiarize himself in the slot in dime packages. There’s a lot that can factor into what the Jets decide to do, and I’m personally intrigued to see how DC Gregg Williams decides to utilize his squad this year. After a surprisingly successful year for that unit I’m hoping they are able to capitalize and build on that success with what seems (on paper) to be a better unit than last year.
