For most players on the Jets we have a good idea about their projected role. CJ Mosley is going to be the star linebacker. Jamison Crowder will be the slot receiver. Steve McLendon will be the nose tackle who plays on run downs.

There are a handful of players whose projected role with the team is less clear. The Jets might even be in “wait and see” mode on these players depending on what happens in training camp. The responsibilities these players eventually take could have major implications for the 2020 season.

On today’s podcast we discuss some of these players. It is difficult to say exactly where Frank Gore, Ashtyn Davis, David Fales, Bless Austin, and Greg Van Roten slot into the team. Some actually might not. A few players on that list are no lock to even make the team. Today we discuss the variety of potential roles all of these players could have on the 2020 Jets.

Thanks for listening.
