New York Jets Flight Connections 5/14/20

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. As most of you know by now the Jets were linked to CB Logan Ryan earlier this week. Well, we can now add Jason Peters to the list of aging stars being linked to the Jets. That said, I personally wouldn’t mind Peters as well on a 1-year deal. With a lot of question marks on the OL, finding a combination that can stick while still having quality depth is key; which is something I touched on in yesterday’s FC. The Jets seem to be a team that’s in need of a rebuild, with the urgency of needing to be competitive now to save people’s jobs. While there isn’t a playoff mandate for this season (and with the pandemic now, this is reasonable), the clock is ticking regardless.
