Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. If you thought rumors about Le’Veon Bell’s imminent departure from the team was annoying before, I’d like to welcome you to round two. Already things have ‘leaked’ about the Superstar RB’s ‘almost guaranteed’ departure after the end of this season. Rumors of a rift between Bell and Gase percolated during the season last year, but video of Gase’s son wearing Bell’s jersey during this off-season somewhat put that thought to rest. That still hasn’t stopped the talking heads from assuming that the team will move on from him after this season. And while that may be true, it’s kind of ridiculous to speculate that when this upcoming season hasn’t even started yet. New York media loves to circulate drama so this is expected, but hopefully this won’t be an ongoing question throughout the upcoming season.
