The 2020 NFL Draft begins today. Tonight the first round gets underway around 8:00 pm Eastern. It will be televised on ESPN, ABC, and NFL Network. Rounds two and three will take place on Friday night, and the fourth through seventh rounds will happen on Saturday.
The Jets currently hold the eleventh overall pick in the Draft. That, of course, could change if they decide either to trade up or trade down.
On today’s podcast I discuss tonight’s possibilities. I do not think the Jets should be seeking a trade up. They will have a good option at pick number eleven even if it is not their first choice. There are a number of good prospects at tackle and wide receiver. At least one will probably be there for them. A scenario where the Jets settle for Plan B will still be pretty solid.
Thank you for listening to the show.
