Bringing your daily links to the NFL’s New York Jets

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Our own John B had a great article about Le’Veon Bell yesterday expressing that the Jets should either build the team around Le’Veon Bell, or trade him. I agree with this assessment for a couple of reasons, the most important being the lack of actual threats on the offensive side of the ball. With Jamison Crowder as the only reliable target on the team, Adam Gase and company need to feature the offense around Bell. All-Pro running backs don’t seemingly fall off the map in the fashion Bell did last year, and even though Adam Gase isn’t reliant on the RB position he needs to change his style if he wishes to succeed this year. Even if the team were to draft a dynamic WR, the burden of targets/shares shouldn’t go anywhere other than to Bell. Otherwise the point of having a RB who is top 5 paid at the position is moot, and he should be traded, period. While I don’t see a trade happening, I also am wary that Bell will be utilized the way he’s supposed to once again. Time will tell all however, and with that here are your links to the team to start your day off.
