In the lead up to the 2020 NFL Draft teams are conducting virtual meetings with prospects.
As always it is best not to read too much into these meetings. These are part of the process. The Jets conducting a virtual meeting with a prospect does not guarantee the Jets are interested. They might not like what they hear from a player.
Accordingly, a lack of virtual meetings does not guarantee a lack of interest. For starters, the Jets do not publicize these meetings. They might have conducted a meeting that hasn’t been reported. They also might have met with a prospect at the Senior Bowl and/or the Combine and decided they have all the information they need.
With that said, here are the prospects who have taken part in virtual meetings with the Jets we know about.
Mekhi Becton OT, Louisville
Mekhi Becton, the dominating OT from Louisville, has already met with multiple teams. He’s recently had FaceTime meetings with the #Jets, #Browns, #Chargers, and #Bucs this week, per source.
