New York Jets Flight Connections 4/1/20

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. The Jets finally resolved the backup QB position, re-signing David Fales to a 1-year contract. I would have liked to see the team pick up a veteran quarterback that can show the ability to play when put into that position, and Fales doesn’t check that mark for me. It would’ve also been nice to see a veteran leader help Darnold out from the sidelines during the year. It’s doubtful Joe Douglas signs another QB, but it’ll be interesting to keep an eye on to see if a battle develops for that backup spot.
