Jets Podcast: Recent Free Agent Developments

On today’s podcast we take a look at the latest developments for the Jets in free agency in 2020.

On Monday the team agreed to terms with Jordan Jenkins, retaining the 2016 third round pick. At the start of free agency rumors suggested a reunion was unlikely. The two sides were far apart on a deal. The market Jenkins was hoping for never materialized, though. He ended up returning to the Jets on a modest one year deal. It follows the free agency trend of the Jets filling needs with relatively small money deals.

There is also a change at the wide receiver position. Robby Anderson is out. Breshad Perriman is in. Anderson leaves the Jets to go to the Carolina Panthers on a two year contract. Perriman comes to the Jets on a one year contract. We will discuss this change on today’s podcast episode.

Thank you very much for listening.
