Bringing your daily links to the NFL’s New York Jets

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. By now you all know that the Jets have finally decided to part ways with disappointing Cornerback Trumaine Johnson. This move couldn’t have come sooner, and thankfully the Jets will no longer be trotting him out on the field. At this point it’s almost safe to say that TJ’s contract might have been the worst in Jets’ history. It’ll be hard to forgive Mike Maccagnan for that failure (among all others), but at least we’re starting to see more of his mistakes finally leaving the team. Because of all the mistakes Maccagnan made, it gives Joe Douglas the ability to quickly put his stamp on the team. While I think he may miss on quite a few FA selections as well, I’m truly hoping that he has a draft prowess to keep the team in a competitive rebuild as time continues. With that, here are your links to the Jets to start your day off right.
