The Jets surprised the NFL yesterday by registering their first win 2020. They defeated the Rams 23-20 in Los Angeles.
A week after a lifeless performance in Seattle, the Jets took another long trip to the West Coast and defeated a Rams team fighting for a division title.
In the process they ensured that they will not live in infamy as the third 0-16 team in NFL history. However, the win did come with a cost. The Jets lost the top spot in the 2020 NFL Draft and a chance to pick Trevor Lawrence.
On today’s podcast I talk about the game and the implications. Obviously this game has brought mixed feelings from the fanbase. Some are happy. Some are sad. Some are a little of both.
On the show I discuss how the Jets pulled off this surprising upset and how the Rams lost a game that seemed unloseable.
Thanks for listening.
