Welcome to the 234th edition of the Thread About Nothing.
All sorts of exciting things have happened since I was last here. 45 bought himself a brand new SUV, Tom Hanks has a new movie out and it's a western, there's been a major snow storm in the northeast, and our site has exciting new features that allow you to use Control-Enter to quickly submit your comment and a new replies "experience" without leaving the page. I imagine this could be a life changing experience. Possibly akin to an LSD trip but without any of the dangerous side effects associated with hallucinogenic substances. How exciting is that?
The Jets are playing the Rams the same day as I'm writing this so I thought I'd play a track from Paul McCartney's album RAM. I haven't got much else to say but luckily for me, I can fill up the rest of this space by listing the rules.
1) No politics, no personal attacks, no excessive swearing, no porn, no graphic violence/ gore.
2) If Mr. Wells or any other moderators or editors ask you to drop something, just let it go. Please don't argue. It won't end well.
3) If there is a problem email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll try to work things out.
Did you know that rule number three is what inspired Lennon and McCartney to write the song, We Can Work It Out? Now You Know. Here's one of Paul's solo compositions, 3 Legs. Possibly inspired by the fact that the TAN still has them.
