The Jets have released their final injury report of the week before their game this Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The injury report is fairly positive for the Jets. Cornerback Bless Austin was back at practice, albeit in a limited capacity, after missing Thursday’s practice. While Austin is listed officially as questionable, head coach Adam Gase seemed pleased with the results of his MRI yesterday.
Bless Austin (neck) will practice today (limited). Gase optimistic about his chances of playing Sunday. Calls it a “positive MRI result.” #Jets

Kicker Sam Ficken is also questionable. Blake Cashman is doubtful. Sam Darnold is listed as doubtful, although the Jets ruled him out earlier in the week. Aside from that, the injury report seems promising for the Jets. All of the players who had been limited in practice earlier in the week were full participants today.
Gase also expressed optimism about Darnold’s ability to play in next week’s game against Miami.
Gase said Darnold has a "good shot" of playing next week. #nyj

We will see how well that prediction holds up once we get past the game against the Chargers.
