Marty Lyons is a New York Jets icon.

He was part of the famous New York Sack Exchange during his playing career, which earned him a spot in the team’s Ring of Honor. Since 2002 he has been the team’s radio analyst.

He also is the author of If These Walls Could Talk: New York Jets, a book that discusses his life on and off the field and team history.

On today’s podcast Marty joins me. We discuss his book. He shares what inspired him to write it and some of his most memorable stories from his playing days. We also discuss his broadcasting career the state of the current Jets team and how the future might look.
