Good morning, GGN! This is the second straight Sunday without Jets football. It’s also the last Sunday of the season without Jets football. If the Jets have become the bane of your existence, enjoy today. If you still look forward to the Jets on Sunday, the rest of 2020 is just the ticket for you.
The Jets have been all but eliminated from playoff contention for some time already, but they have not yet been mathematically eliminated. That ignominious day cannot happen this week, but by the end of next week it is a possibility, and by the end of the following week it is extremely likely. That day seems to come earlier every year. For those of you who want a better look at the young players, the post bye week schedule will probably give you plenty to watch.
