The Jets and the Cardinals meet this weekend at MetLife Stadium. On today’s podcast we discuss it.
Joe Flacco was named the starting quarterback for the game on Wednesday. Sam Darnold’s shoulder injury suffered in the loss to Denver has left the starting quarterback week to week. On the show I discuss some of the implications of Flacco’s insertion into the starting lineup and why rookie James Morgan wasn’t a very good option.
After talking about the quarterbacks, I chat with Alex Clancy and Bo Brack, the hosts of Locked on Cardinals, about the Week 5 game between the Jets and the Cardinals. We talk about some of the key players in this game. At the very least it should be a better game to watch than Arizona’s last visit to MetLife Stadium to face the Jets. That was the infamous Ryan Lindley-Mark Sanchez game from 2012.
Thanks for listening.
