New York Jets Flight Connections 10/29/20

Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Another day, another game of ‘will they, or won’t they’ with the Jets. This time, it’s featuring Clemson’s QB Trevor Lawrence. Rumors have been swirling that the star QB could debate going back to school in order to spurn the Jets, while others have suggested that he pull an ‘Eli Manning’ and demand a trade if the Jets were to select him with the 1st overall pick in the 2021 draft. While I don’t believe either of these situations will unfold, as a fan it’s annoying to have to see this type of speculation being drawn out by pundits and other fans alike. It is understood however, considering how deplorable the team has been in recent years. They’ve lacked identity, grit, accountability, and leadership for some time now.
