New York Jets Flight Connections 10/23/20

Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. As the days continue, the debate for the Jets is becoming one with only one topic. Should the team draft Trevor Lawrence, and if they do, would he even be able to thrive as a member of the Jets. At this point, it’s anyone’s guess as to what will end up happening with the team. Current QB Sam Darnold still has an option in his contract for a 5th year, and while he hasn’t shown to be great necessarily, he’s still one of the youngest players in the NFL right now. It would probably be a mistake to get rid of Sam unless they’re able to get a similar package that Josh Rosen was able to fetch for the Cardinals - but who knows if that’s even possible at this point.
