It’s time for our weekly look at FanPulse.

FanPulse is a survey SB Nation sends NFL fans each week during the season and then periodically during the offseason. The survey typically asks fans their confidence level in their favorite team.

With no games played in four weeks, there is no fan confidence poll for the Jets this week. The questions focus on next week’s Super Bowl.

NFL fans believe the Kansas City Chiefs should be slight favorites over the San Francisco 49ers when the teams meet in Miami.

Part of the reason might be the coaching matchup. Fans seem to give the edge to Andy Reid over Kyle Shanahan.

One might presume fans are leaning on Reid’s experience. The Chiefs coach has been leading two successful franchises for over two decades. While Shanahan is one of the league’s rising coaching stars, he doesn’t have the same track record.

How much will it matter? We will get the answers next Sunday.
