Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. With the Senior Bowl just 2 days away, there’s a lot on the line for some of these guys playing. A bad performance, or even practice, could have them drop rounds in the draft. A good performance just seems to be a slight bonus to a good prospect. To go along with the Senior Bowl, expect the amount of mock drafts to increase dramatically. Most are just generated based on a team’s need at this point, while others will try to ‘shock’ the reader as to who a team may choose. One of those going for ‘shock’, is NFL Network, whose mock draft projected the Jets to go after LSU’s K’Lavon Chaisson at #11. I think it’s safe to say if the top OT’s, Lamb, or Jeudy are available at that pick and the team chooses Chaisson, expect a riot from the fans. It’s not to say that Chaisson is a bad player by any means, it would just seem like the same rinse and repeat cycle that’s plagued the franchise for years. With that, here are your links to the Jets to start your day.
