We now know the matchup for Super Bowl LIV in two weeks in Miami. The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers will meet for the Lombardi Trophy. On today’s podcast I offer my thoughts on the AFC Championship and NFC Championship Games that were played Sunday.

The Chiefs won the AFC Championship Game over the Titans 35-17. A year after a bitter defeat in the AFC Championship Game to the Patriots, Kansas City is Super Bowl bound. The Titans got off to a hot start, but Kansas City’s talent took over. Tennessee made them work to score, but the Chiefs could not be stopped. The Titans also got out of their gameplan a bit too early.

The NFC Championship Game was utter domination. The 49ers outclassed the Packers in all three phases of the game. The San Francisco defense made Aaron Rodgers look as bad as I’ve ever seen him look (in spite of a gaudy stat line). The game was no contest.
