New York Jets Flight Connections 9/30/19

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. There was no Jets game this week because of the bye, and that’s probably for the best. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I think the officiating this year has been putrid. I’m not sure that the NFL realizes that we pay/watch to see the players play, and not the officials throwing 20+ flags a game on ticky-tack calls that don’t effect the outcome of the play/drive. It makes these matters worse when actual egregious penalties go unnoticed. A good example would be the Patriots v Bills game, which accounted for multiple missed roughing the passer calls against the Patriots — but what’s new right? Considering the NFL and the referees have just agreed to terms for the next few years, I don’t expect things to get better. I’m looking forward to seeing how the XFL approaches their own officiating, and how well they compete with the NFL. With that, here are your links to the Jets to start your weekday off.
