Bringing your daily links to the NFL’s New York Jets

Good morning, Gang Green Nation! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. The Jets have a bye week this upcoming Sunday, so instead of being tortured by the team we are able to enjoy football across the league. Or, if the Jets have caused you to give up on football entirely, get some good work done over the weekend.

The team has brought in multiple pass rushers, which isn’t a shock considering how little they’ve gotten to opposing quarterbacks this year. 5 sacks in three games is pretty mediocre, and it’s kind of shocking the defense has been playing relatively well despite not being able to get to the quarterback. Hopefully when rookie Quinnen Williams returns he’s able to generate some gaps for easy plays by his teammates. This bye week couldn’t have come at a greater time, and if all things go the Jets way, the team should be facing the Eagles with everyone essentially healthy. If the team has any hope of achieving success this year, a win is needed them. We’ll see how things go until that time though. With that, here are your links to the team this Friday.
