SNF: Browns vs Rams

Sunday Night Football, Week 3. Tonight the Los Angeles Rams make the long trek east to take on the Cleveland Browns.

This game is a tale of disappointing young quarterbacks. Both Jared Goff for the Rams and Baker Mayfield for the Browns have failed to live up to lofty expectations so far in the early going of the 2019 NFL season. The Rams have succeeded anyway, off to a 2-0 start, and the Browns righted the ship against the Jets last week after a dismal blowout loss to start the season.

The Rams hope to get their passing game untracked this week, as an effective Goff will eventually be required if the Rams are to realize their Super Bowl aspirations. Meanwhile, the much hyped Browns seek to prove the playoff talk prior to the season was more than just hype, but they will need Mayfield to do a much better job if they are to prove their doubters wrong.
