NFL: Cleveland Browns at New York Jets Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports

In our latest installment of FanPulse, we see fan confidence for the Jets is only 15%. That is down from last week’s 19% total.

That is obviously a low number, but it is surprisingly steady given the events of the last week. The 19% total from Week 2 came before the team announced that Sam Darnold would miss multiple games with mono. The Jets also lost convincingly at the Cleveland Browns and now stand 0-2 with a pair of home conference defeats.

Last year at one point confidence fell to 2%. After losing the quarterback and the game I was anticipating a similar fall. This rating remained durable if low.

All NFL fans across FanPulse were asked to name the first coach who would be fired in 2018. Washington’s Jay Gruden came out on top in that poll
