Jets vs Browns Second Half Thread

The first half of the New York Jets game against the Cleveland Browns is in the books, and the Jets trail the Browns 16 - 3.

On offense the Jets couldn’t get anything going early, producing negative total offense in the first quarter. The offensive line looked out of synch and Trevor Siemian looked overmatched. Late in the half Siemian went down with an apparent ankle injury and Luke Falk, the Jets’ third string quarterback, got his NFL debut. The Jets then went on a short drive with almost every play going to Le’Veon Bell before settling for a 46 yard field goal by Sam Ficken. It was the first three points for the Jets offense in the last four quarters of NFL action.

On defense the Jets had trouble stopping the Browns, as the Browns put up four scoring drives. The only thing keeping the Jets in this game so far is the inability of the Browns to score touchdowns rather than field goals.

We go into the second half with the Jets trailing by 13 points.

Enjoy the second half everyone.
