What was the single most important play of Sunday’s 17-16 Buffalo victory over the Jets?
There are a couple of different angles you could take. In a one point loss you could argue the missed field goal or missed extra point by Kaare Vedvik is a worthy choice. You might opt for the play when C.J. Mosley was injured. Mosley’s absence did have an impact. You might choose Henry Anderson’s roughing the passer penalty that extended Buffalo’s scoring drive and got the Bills offense going. You also might opt for a late game Jets offensive failure.
I am going to keep it simple with my choice, though. The Jets never trailed in the game until John Brown’s 37 yard touchdown with 3:00 left and the ensuing extra point. Brown beat Darryl Roberts for the score that provided the victory. That is my choice.
What is your choice for the game’s most important play?
