The regular season is fast approaching. The Jets have their final preseason game Thursday night against the Eagles. That will be a game mainly contested by the backups, though. After that comes roster cutdown day. The Jets will need to cut down to 53 players. Then they can start to build their practice squad.
This has been an eventful training period for the Jets, and on today’s podcast we look back at it.. The Jets did not escape injuries. On a positive note, they did find a center after looking for a long time. Perhaps it showed the priorities of their new general manager. We will also discuss some players who showed signs of potentially taking the next step and positions where nobody put themselves on the radar.
