WOODY devalues the GM, HC, asst coaches etc the same way Magic Mike devalued the Off Line. In a salary cap league the front office and coaches are the only way to gain a competitive advantage.

There is no salary cap for GMs or Coaches yet WOODY always pays minimum wage or the average because he’s fn cheap, stupid and doesn’t care.

Candidates I've seen mentioned include McClay from Dallas, Paton from Vikings, Caserio from Patriots and Douglas from Eagles. I like McClay and Paton best. If you agree or want Caserio then make them an offer they can’t refuse!!! I have nothing against Douglas but his big selling point seems to be that he knows a Gase? That’s an awful idea.

We have no idea if a Gase will be any good and you just fired the guy who hired him!!! So why does a Gase have all of this power. What has he done to earn it?
