Good morning, Jet fans! I hope everyone’s having a great start to their day. Today is one of those typical quiet days during the off-season with not much going around. Peak FA period is over, and most are focusing towards the draft. The Jets still have a plethora of holes to fill on the team, so hopefully Mac is able to make some under-the-radar signings in the coming days. Personally I’m skeptical of how the year is going to turn out. I like the Gase and Williams pairing, and I am a big fan of the Bell and Mosley moves. I just feel like the hype surrounding the team isn’t going to equal the talent and results that come with it. It’s a situation where I hope I’m proven wrong, and it’s honestly not a fault of anyone on the team right now (sans ownership and MM). That said, since the hire of Bowles and the last few years of the Ryan Era, (we’ll ignore the Jets longstanding history of mediocrity) the feeling has been virtually endless. The main difference is we actually have a young QB who looks to be a future stud, and isn’t fool’s gold like Mark Sanchez, Chad Pennington, or Ken O’Brien before him (again, let’s ignore the longstanding history and the Jets absurdly picking Ken over Marino). Hopefully Sam has what it takes to take the team into greatness for years to come, and end my worries. With that, here are your links to the team to start off your weekend.
