New York Jets Flight Connections 12/9/19

Good morning, GGN! I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. Shout out as always to Mr. Wells for holding down the fort over the weekend. The Jets squeaked out a win against the Dolphins yesterday on a game winning field goal by Sam Ficken. The team won despite not having Le’Veon Bell, Jamal Adams, and losing starting TE Ryan Griffin early in the game. Adam Gase and company almost choked the game away in the final frame, but Darnold and the offense came through when needed, and Ficken came through clutch in his first ‘big time’ kick. Despite the win, I still don’t think the team played too well. It was apparent in the 2nd half that Brian Flores caught on to Gase, and Gase had a hard time adjusting (which almost cost us the game). The Jets’ HC admitted as much afterwards saying he didn’t put Sam in great positions. Regardless, a win is a win, and the Jets avenged their loss to the Dolphins earlier. Unfortunately, Lamar Jackson and the Ravens are next, so let’s prepare for a loss now. With that, here are your links to the team today.
