Only one week remains in the 2019 NFL regular season. For many teams, the most important outcome of the games left will be Draft positioning. The Jets are among those teams.
According to Tankathon, the Jets currently hold the 10th position in the 2020 NFL Draft. Things remain fluid heading into the season’s final week, however.
The Jets are separated from the 6th overall pick by just one game. They are also separated from the 18th pick by one game. While it is unlikely everything necessarily will happen to cause the Jets to jump up all the way to 6 or fall all the way to 18, it shows the wide range of possibilities depending on what happens Week 17.
At the top of the Draft, the Bengals have clinched the top overall pick, while the Redskins, Lions, Giants, and Dolphins all remain in contention for the second overall selection.
