The first half of the New York Jets game against the Oakland Raiders is in the books, and the Jets lead the Raiders 13 - 3.
The Jets defense was in bend but don’t break mode as they were able to hold the Raiders to a couple of field goal attempts, one of which missed.
On offense the Jets were efficient and effective, scoring on each of their first three drives and missing a field goal attempt on their fourth possession. The running game was not terrible for a change, the pass protection was decent, and Sam Darnold was very good.
We go into the second half with the Jets leading the Raiders by 10 points, 13 - 3.
