Even on a two game winning streak, the Jets are likely playing out the string here in 2019. With only six games left in the season, the team finds itself far outside Playoff positioning. What significance does the final month and a half have? On today’s show I offer some thoughts on things worth watching for the remainder of the 2019 season.
The state of the locker room in a lost year will be worth examining. Things will likely quiet down momentarily after a couple of wins. How will things be if the Jets lose some games? Adam Gase has a history of problems so it will bear watching. So will be the development of young players, the ability of the players having rough seasons to rebound, and the way the team finishes its remaining schedule. It also would be nice if the Jets could actually develop some sort of identity on offense.
Thanks for listening.
