The Jets are in the middle of a six week stretch where they play five games against football’s worst teams. After losing to the Dolphins and beating the Giants, the team now travels to Washington for a game against the Redskins this weekend. (Games against the decent Raiders, Bengals, and Dolphins will follow on the schedule.)
Today is a Crossover Wednesday podcast. Chris Russell of Locked on Redskins joins me to break down the upcoming game. As bad as this season has been for the Jets, it has been equally bad for Washington. The Redskins are turning to a rookie quarterback this Sunday to try and lift their team. Will it help? What are some of the strengths of this bad Washington roster? Which team has the edge in this game where little is on the line aside from pride and Draft positioning?
Thanks as always for listening to the show.
