Jets Week 8 Anti-Game Ball: Offensive Line

The Jets lost another game, which means we have another anti-game ball to give out.

In the past we have tried to save group anti-game balls for special occasions. There have been a lot of special occasions this year.

The Jets offensive line is currently a mess. For the second time in four games, they allowed at least eight sacks on Sunday. They don’t seem to have any idea on how to pick up a blitz.

Yes, the unit is low on talent. Yes, guys have been shuffled into and out of the lineup since training camp, leaving little continuity. Yes, some of the pressure issues are on the quarterback.

With all of those disclaimers out of the way, there is no way the offensive line should look this bad. This is one of the worst lines I personally have ever seen.

After their no show on Sunday, they get my anti-game ball.
