On Monday night the Jets will have a chance for a two game winning streak. Doing so will require an upset of the undefeated Patriots at MetLife Stadium. The first meeting between these teams was quite ugly. It would be fair to say a lot needs to change.
One important thing already has. Sam Darnold will be playing quarterback for the Jets instead of Luke Falk. That is no small deal.
On today’s podcast we discuss some other things that will need to be different for the Jets to pull off a surprising win. Some are schematic. Others are execution. Some have been season-long trends. Others are specific to the first matchup with New England. Others still are necessary tweaks from what the Jets did last week in their win against Dallas. Certain things might work against the Cowboys but not the Patriots.
Thanks as always for tuning into the show.
