The Jets have been without linebacker C.J. Mosley since the second half of their Week 1 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He was having a monster statistical game, but Mosley suffered a groin injury that cost him the end of that game and the four to follow.
He provided an update today regarding his status for Monday night’s game against New England.
CJ Mosley: “I’m playing Monday night.” Adds unless he has setback, but still.... pretty definitive. #NEvsNYJ

The Jets have been able to make it work at linebacker for the most part in Mosley’s absence, but his return should be a big boost, especially against this opponent. Tom Brady is a master of changing things at the line of scrimmage. A big part of this game for the Jets might be having Mosley in the middle of the defense trying to match him move for move.
We must note that Mosley missed practice today according to the injury report.

Still there is no reason to doubt him when he says he’ll be ready for Monday.
