Jets podcast: Looking at offseason needs

The Jets have now hired a head coach and their three coordinators. The team needs to fill out its roster of position coaches, an ongoing process, but things are starting to settle down a bit. We can begin focusing on the offseason.

That is what we will do on today’s podcast episode. We will put an eye on the upcoming offseason and look at what the Jets need. I think we frequently view needs too rigidly. Needs aren’t just about the Jets needing a player at X position. Some needs are roles that need to be filled that could conceivably be handled by players at multiple positions. On this show I will discuss five areas that I believe need to be addressed.
