The Jets start Week 3 of the NFL season tonight as they take on the Cleveland Browns on Thursday Night Football. In a way it feels fitting for the two teams that played in the first ever Monday Night Football game are matched up in primetime. This is also the third straight year the Jets have traveled to Cleveland and the fourth straight year they have gotten a Thursday night game against an opponent quarterbacked by Tyrod Taylor.
The Jets enter this game off a home loss to Miami. With a trip to Jacksonville ahead, it would be nice to avoid a 1-2 start. It also would be nice to avoid an 0-2 start in the AFC. It also would be nice to avoid losing to a Browns team that is improved but still is 1-32-1 since the start of the 2016 season.
