Training camp continues today for the Jets as they approach their preseason opener against the Atlanta Falcons on Friday.
The big story of training camp continues to be Sam Darnold after the rookie put together another productive practice session on Monday. Buzz has been building about the potential for Darnold to grab the starting job by Week 1. While there is still a lot of football to be played, and things can change quickly, the rookie is showing a lot to like. We will see whether he can build on his strong camp with another quality practice today.
We also will monitor injuries. The Jets have had a number of key players miss time, and rookie Trenton Cannon left practice early yesterday.
