Jets vs Eagles Game Day Forecast

Today, August 30, 2018 the New York Jets will travel to Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to take on the defending Super Bowl champions (alright, the impostors posing as the defending Super Bowl champions) Philadelphia Eagles in the annual ritual of the 4th preseason game scrub fest at 7:00 pm EST. The weather in Philadelphia will be pretty atrocious for the players. There will be partly cloudy skies, with hot and sticky conditions. Temperatures will be in the upper 80s, and the humidity will make it feel like the temperature is in the mid 90s on the field. This is no weather for football.

There will be a 15% chance of a stray shower throughout the game. There will be a slight breeze at around 5 mph out of the north northwest, which should have little impact on the game and provide little relief for sweltering players and fans. All in all these will be pretty miserable conditions for a football game, and cramps, dehydration and overheated players will be risks throughout the game.

For those watching the game at home, temperatures will be steady around 70, no sun will be visible, and there will be a zero percent chance of precipitation.

Enjoy the game everybody.
