His 2017: Rawls was one of the least efficient backs in the NFL, averaging only 2.7 yards on 58 carries in 12 games. Seattle had a bad offensive line, but Football Outsiders suggested Rawls was in the running for the worst back in the league based on his performance.
2018 will be a success if: Rawls can somehow refind the form that led him to have a productive rookie season. It was only three years ago he ran for 830 yards while averaging 5.6 per carry.
Odds of making the roster: This has not been a good preseason for Rawls. Even if he had anything in the tank, he sat out most of training camp with an injury so he was unable to show it. And his limited preseason touches have been unspiring. He is a Longshot (less than 25%).
