Today is the second to last practice of Jets training camp in 2018. The team breaks camp tomorrow, which means the season is drawing near.
As always, the quarterback situation takes top billing. Sam Darnold has been taking the bulk of first team reps, which points to the likelihood he will be starting against the Giants. He also figures to be the favorite to start Week 1 unless he has a miserable game against the crosstown rivals.
We also continue to watch other roster and position battles as well as the injury report. This training camp has not been kind to the Jets on the injury front. There are always bumps and bruises, but it feels like the Jets have lost more guys in camp this year than you typically see.
