Jets will have new uniforms in 2019

The Jets announced over the weekend that they will have new uniforms for the 2019 NFL season.

The Jets will have a brand new look in 2019. The franchise will unveil new uniforms next April and the Jets will wear their ensemble beginning in their 60th season of play.

Suspense will build in the months prior to a highly anticipated reveal. As far as all the details, we’ll have to wait until April. But change is on the horizon.

So this was an announcement that there will be an announcement. A few people speculated that this might just be an attempt to distract fans from the Sam Darnold holdout. That’s certainly what it seems like to me. I can’t think of another reason the team would tease an announcement for next April on a Sunday night in July.

Maybe the Jets will take a look at some of the designs GGN members created for new uniforms.
