The Jets began their veteran minicamp yesterday. It is the final part of the offseason program. We have gotten through the first three phases and the rookie minicamp. This week is the last time Jets players will set foot on a practice field before training camp.
Tuesday was a fairly eventful first day. There were a number of developments worth discussing so discuss them we will on today’s podcast. One of the most relevant events took place on the opposite coast as the Raiders waived former Jets quarterback Christian Hackenberg. The Jets traded Hackenberg to Oakland weeks ago, but the waiving of the former Penn State quarterback made an impact as it guaranteed New York will receive no compensation from the trade.
There were also happy developments involving Teddy Bridgewater and Quincy Enunwa and a less than stellar development involving Terrelle Pryor. We will discuss them all on today’s show. Thanks for listening.
