Teddy Bridgewater has been one of the stories of the Jets’ offseason program. All reports suggest he had a successful run at OTAs. It sounds like he continued that on today’s first day of veteran minicamp.
I don't want to overreact here, but Teddy Bridgewater looks GREAT. Solid pocket presence. Making good decisions in 11on11 drills. It's early, but he's been impressive every time I've seen him. #Jets

Teddy Bridgewater is having a very strong practice today.

I don’t take a lot from performances during offseason practices. I do think injury updates matter during OTAs and training camp, however.
One of the biggest questions surrounding Bridgewater has been his knee. By most accounts, it sounds like his devastating injury from two years ago has not been much of an issue to this point. Of course, we will have to wait until he actually gets hit in preseason games to make any definitive statements, but all reports seem encouraging so far.
It isn’t clear what the Jets’ immediate plans are with Bridgewater. Will they look to play him in 2018? Will they look to trade him?
Sam Darnold’s progress probably will have a lot to say about that. So far, things are looking up.
