Andy Slater, a Florida based radio host, reports felony charges against Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson have been dropped. The charges came from a January arrest.
Felony charges have been dropped. Anderson now only faces one misdemeanor count of reckless driving.
A Broward State Attorney spokesperson tells me “there was a possible discrepancy regarding the initial estimated speed, but there is no doubt that the defendant was driving recklessly.”
”The other charges were declined, not filed, due to insufficient evidence,” the spokesperson says.
Anderson is also awaiting a trial on charges from a 2017 arrest in Florida.
