At long last we have arrived at NFL Draft week. In three days, the debate about which quarterback the Jets should draft will end. We will move on to the months of hype that will follow the new quarterback.
To help us set the stage, our podcast guest today is Dave-Te’ Thomas. Dave-Te’ has been a frequent guest to the podcast. If you are not familiar with him, he has scouted professional football for around 50 years. Over half the teams in the NFL have hired him as a consultant, and he usually puts together the league’s guide on Draft prospects, which has more information on every prospect than you ever wanted to know.
On today’s show we discuss how the top of the Draft will go, what the Jets’ options are, the later rounds of the Draft, and how the Jets did in the offseason. And we get a little Stanley Cup Playoffs discussion since Dave-Te’ is a Vegas Golden Knights fan.
